Challenge
Upon receiving a call from their tenants that the electric in their rental was out, a local landlord discovered a burnt panel due to arcing. This posed an electrical safety hazard that needed to be addressed quickly. The landlord called us to come out and get the power back on.
Solution
Our crew determined that the property needed a new panel box and were able to replace the panel box and get the power back on for the tenants. The tenants now have a new panel box and the electrical hazard that the old box posed has been eliminated.
