The office assistant was very gracious and accommodating. She was also helpful in providing assistance with filling out NYSEG paperwork. The initial home visit was promptly set up where we were introduced to the project estimator who arrived on time, was courteous, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the installation process in detail and answered all the questions we had. We were pleasantly surprised when our installation job was scheduled sooner than anticipated which led us to meet the technicians who did an excellent installation. Again, we found them to be prompt, courteous, and friendly. They showed concern for cleanliness both inside and outside our home, and went above and beyond when an unforseen problem was discovered at the NYSEG meter. They took extra time to fix the problem which was not part of the normal  installation. We are grateful to them for this. The follow up appointment provided a helpful binder of the generator owner manual and maintenance information. We are completely satisfied with the expertise of the Marlock Electric staff. The overall generator installation experience with Marlock Electric was exceptional. From the initial sales appointment through planning of the project and final installation, everything was handled professionally and beyond my expectations. The office staff got my appointment scheduled and quickly took care of a minor error; they clearly care about the customer. My property was left neat, tidy, and clean. I'm very particular, and the basement area where the work was performed was clean when work began, but i think the crew managed to leave it even cleaner when they were done. I'm impressed!

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation of Marlock Electric.   My journey started by looking for a company to upgrade my electrical panel to a 200 amp service to accommodate a tankless electric hot water heater.  After months of searching for someone to do this work, I finally found Marlock.   Right from my initial call to you, your services were light-years beyond your competitors.   Why you might ask?  1.) You answered the phone.  2.) I received a call for a time to schedule a review of the work an estimate for the total cost.   After months of leaving voicemail messages with other vendors and chasing them to give them business, Marlock demonstrated they had a process and workflows In place to handle inquires from customers.   Shawn came out to perform an inspection of the work and provide an estimate.   Shawn arrived on time and did exactly what he said he would do.   Within days I had an electronic quote for the work discussed including the addition of six new lights, a couple of ceiling fans, a grinder pump hook up, and a 200 amp service.   At this point, everything was running way too smoothly which made me nervous.   The day arrived to have the work completed and James, Jason, and Mike showed up right on time.  They explained the plan and immediately got to work.   They did an amazing job and should be commended for their professionalism.   You guys should feel really good about the representation you have in the field.   We will be installing a covered patio with electrical requirements and ultimately a new home behind the existing cottage.   When this time comes, my hope is to work with Marlock Electric again.   A true pleasure to deal with.   Please let me know the total amount due and I will be happy to provide prompt payment.   Congratulations to the Marlock Team for engineering a process that works so well for your customers.

We checked with our heating and cooling company and they highly recommended Marlock. Knowing nothing about them, we decided to give them a call. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. We have had the generator for about a year and a half and have used it multiple times. There have been absolutely no problems! We had an outage recently for about 4 hours, and it handled all of our electronic needs without a problem. Needless to say, we are very happy with Marlock and our new generator. We look frorward to years of service with them."

We just had a whole bunch of electrical upgrades made to our garage and lower level. The Marlock guys were prompt, efficient, thorough, and tidy. Great experience all around! August 4th, Premier Power by Marlock Electric was on site for my generator install.  The installers were on site working in the rain and avoiding thunderstorms all day.  At 8 PM, my home lost power.  Just as it was explained, the generator-powered up and fed my home with the necessary power as my neighbors were in the dark.  What's the chances of that...same day. Wow!

I have had a few projects completed and each has been done to my tough expectations. Crews are friendly and attentive. I had a pool heater installed, new outlet/switches installed and a huge TV hung. Pricing is very fair. Highly recommend!
