The overall generator installation experience with Marlock Electric was exceptional. From the initial sales appointment through planning of the project and final installation, everything was handled professionally and beyond my expectations. I am an engineer and did a lot of research before I chose Marlock and I am I couldn't have asked for anything more. The crew is very professional and courteous.
The office staff got my appointment scheduled and quickly took care of a minor error; they clearly care about the customer.
The sales presentation and process were perfect- zero pressure, and Shawn allowed me to ask questions to fill the gaps in my knowledge rather than running through a scripted presentation.
The installation crew was highly professional, polite, courteous, and detail-oriented. I couldn't ask for anything more.
My property was left neat, tidy, and clean. I'm very particular, and the basement area where the work was performed, was clean when work began, but I think the crew managed to leave it even cleaner when they were done. I'm impressed!
