Challenge
A customer called us very frustrated as his generator would not start after trying multiple times. He contacted us for annual generator maintenance and to troubleshoot the generator. When our certified technician arrived at the scene, he found a loose oil cap that fell off, and there was oil all over the generator.
Solution
Our technician was able to solve the problem by cleaning off the oil as much as possible and performed necessary maintenance before starting the generator again. He fixed the oil pressure which was low, and was able to help the generator run smoothly again. Generator maintenance is very important to ensure your backup power source is running properly in case of an emergency.
