Residential Electrical Services Case Studies: Sale of home in Clifton Springs, NY delayed due to electric repairs
Challenge
We received a call from a customer in Clifton Springs, NY requesting our services. They were preparing to sell and close on their home, but were told by the realtor and the bank that there were several electric issues that needed to be resolved prior to selling their home. We were more than happy to take their request and get our technician on board with the needed repairs.
Solution
We quickly were able to schedule them in as we are fully staffed and were able to perform services according to the letter or contingency. We installed replacement receptacles with GFCI per code, sealed the service entrance cable on the exterior of the house, performed other electric to the exterior overhead service and bonded the gas line. The work was quickly completed and the customer very happy as the sale of the home went seamless.
